Our
youth fellowship hosted a meeting for young professional on 30th Aug
2015; we did this in partnership with St. Johns Kawuku which is a neighborhood
church. In such meetings we invite a well known speaker who can inspire the
young people to live a life that Glorifies God both at their work places and in
their homes. This time we were handling the topic daubed “Youth standing out in their communities”. The speaker encouraged
the youth to work hard; to live for eternal legacy. He encouraged the young
people to be faith full and not to be over ambitious but to make realistic
goals.
Alex
& I are both key leaders in this fellowship and we have played a key role
in mobilizing the youth to come for these events and ensuring the plan and
smooth running of these programs.
Psa. 119:9-10 Beth. How can a young man keep his way
pure? By guarding it according to your word.
With my
whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments!
(2Ti_2:22);
So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace,
along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.
